On 2006, I created my first real estate prices mathematical model. This model confirmed the theory I had previously formulated in my thesis. But that was not the only important result, the model fitted so well to all the previous data that future prices could be reliably predicted. Time has passed and all my forecasts have been exactly confirmed. Not only the forecasts I published in the University thesis but also all those international predictions I have been confidentially keeping in secret all these years. It’s now time to offer them to society and to investors.
