2007 prediction verification

You can see in the following graphic how reality has confirmed the mathematical model predictions (1) year by year since 2007.

Although the model I used for Catalonia’s prediction was a really basic version of the new  improved mathematical models I am working now, it’s a good example to show because the difficulties in it were high:

• I was forecasting an imminent price decline although knowing that in the previous 90 years, since 1920, the prices had never gone down before. That was a daring affirmation at that moment.
• I was contradicting any other expert prediction, including banks, Spanish government and experts.

The mathematical models have nowadays been improved and successfully applied to every single country in the world. So you can now know in advance the future price of your home or your investments, anywhere in the globe.

(1) In my thesis I presented 3 more hypotheses. The one I present here is hypotheses number 1 because I said in my thesis that number 1 and number 2 hypotheses were the most probable. Number 2 hypotheses gave the same results with a lower descent in prices, but they both had in common the most important characteristics: prices were going to go down as they never had before, the descent cycle would start on 2008 and the descent would be long term running (more than 20 years).
